Provide Leadership to the Staff and Workers on the
Division / Estate

Responsible for the Agricultural operations, Production, Raw material Quality

& Cost Control.
|
|
|
Man mangement, Labour Safty & Welfare
|
|
|
Benchmarking and implementation of best practices.
|
|
|
|
|
Skills Required :
|
Basic knowledge of Natural Science, Finance & HRM.
|
|
|
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
|
|
|
Ability to work with large Labour force / Manage people.
|
|
|
Aptitude to work on Plantations / Flair for outdoor work.
|
|
|
High performance orientation
|
|
|
|
|
Qualification :
|
Graduate in any discipline.
|
|
|
Qualification in Business Administration / Agriculture will be an advantage.
|
|
|
|
|
Experience :
|
Preferably with 1 to 2 Yrs. Experince in Agri. based Industry.
